1.P235GH steel introuduction:
P235GH is a German high-temperature structural steel with a numerical code of 1.0345. The grade in European standard steel EN10028 is a carbon steel container steel plate. Generally, electric arc furnace and oxygen top-blown converter are used for smelting. High requirements are external furnace refining, electroslag remelting or vacuum processing, vacuum induction furnace smelting or double vacuum smelting, and appropriate heat treatment. The alloying elements are all quite high. It has good plasticity, toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance, and is suitable for manufacturing nuclear island steel containment, pressure vessels, and equipment components. Can use our Q245R generation. Compared with ordinary steel, it has higher strength and toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance, physical properties, chemical properties, biocompatibility and process performance.
