1: 39NiCrMo3 steel introduction
39NiCrMo3, a kind of steel, has high strength, toughness, good hardenability and stability against overheating, but has high white point sensitivity and temper brittleness. Weldability is poor, high temperature preheating is required before welding, stress is eliminated after welding, and it is used after quenching and tempering. Generally make important parts with high strength and good plasticity. After nitriding, make important parts with special performance requirements, such as shafts, gears, fasteners, etc.
